What’s the minimum amount I can order?
50 candles is the minimum requirement for a custom order. This will allow for a sustainable, cost effective production run.
What kind of wax is used for the candles?
Our candles are clean burning soy base wax which is 100% phthalate free. We do not use paraffin wax, or wax with UV inhibitors.
What variations of scents and jars are available?
We can cater for a huge array of scent options, jar sizes and styles. After our initial consultation we will have clearer understanding of your desired outcome, matched with availability.
How long will my candles last?
This all depends on the volume of wax used in your jar size. As an example, a common “small” candle of approximately 100ml will last around 30 hours of burn time.
What’s the delivery time and costs?
Each batch of candles will vary in delivery speed and costs based on a range of desirables from the customer. All orders will be costed out before production begins.
Can I use my own artwork?
Absolutely! Artwork can be provided and we can advise on suitability to the application. We would be more than happy to work alongside your in house design team or agency.
