What’s the minimum amount I can order?
Generally speaking an order of around 50 units will be a cost effective option. For smaller numbers say for events, we can discuss specifics with you.
What kind of wax is used for the candles?
Our candles are clean burning soy base wax which is 100% phthalate free. We do not use paraffin wax, or wax with UV inhibitors.
What variations of scents and jars are available?
We can cater for a huge array of scent options, jar sizes and styles. After our initial consultation we will have clearer understanding of your desired outcome, matched with availability.
How long will my candles last?
This all depends on the volume of wax used in your jar size. As an example, a common “small” candle of approximately 100ml will last around 30 hours of burn time.
What’s the delivery time and costs?
Each batch of candles will vary in delivery speed and costs based on a range of desirables from the customer. The more complex the request, the more time and expense. Once production is underway, reorders of up to 100 can be delivered within 48 hours from ordering.
Can I use my own artwork?
Absolutely! Artwork can be provided and we can advise on suitability to the application. We would be more than happy to work alongside your in house design team or agency.
